Refunds and Returns Policy

At Flippin Kicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
